The Arkia Storm-Tek Turnout Neck is compatible with all Arkia Strom-Tek Turnout Rugs. Attached via 4 Velcro tabs which fit into corresponding D-rings located around the rug's neckline. Cut to provide optimum coverage and freedom when grazing.
